2016: The Year Americans Get Serious About Getting Healthy?

I read this very interesting article from NBC News Online that was saying that Americans are starting to get healthy this year. (Here is the link to the article by clicking here ) It was interesting that alot of the studies that were sited from this article said and I quote " studies showed a decline in the number of new diabetes cases; sugary soda consumption dropped off; and Americans were actually starting to eat more healthfully." It also explained that the quote "Messages about the dangers of eating too much and exercising too little may have finally started to resonate with Americans." Meditation is the Key of Life!

I have been meditating for a while and I love it! But I am having a challenge of meditating for 20 minutes and doing this 2 times a day! I have a very busy life schedule, like most people do and it seems harder to fit let only 5 minutes of meditation. I have been starting recently to realize that this 20 minutes - two times per week of meditation can be done. What we all need to do is make time for ourselves! This may sound like you. Every year, I decide to make some resolutions goals to only find out by June that I have drop out or gave up in doing them. The problem was that I focused on the resolution (losing weight) but I was not finding out what was the solution (changing emotional eating habits) to make a positive changes with my life.
