About Denine

My Story

For many years, I have been suffering from many health issues prior to being involved in integrative medicine.  The health issues that I was having were severe pains from fibroid tumors, low iron levels, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.  I began my quest in changing my health by becoming an Integrative & Functional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, herbalist, and wellness coach.  By doing this, I have changed my eating habits, start an exercise regiment, cooking healthy meals and incorporate a positive low-stress lifestyle.

"I want to help you discover the healthy and positive side of eating and living well while developing a confident self-image."
