I am so happy to start on this new blog which is based on Integrative Medicine (herbs, aromatherapy, meditation and yoga), Gardening, and Nutrition. This blog is based on the passions that I love to discuss and that I hope you would love to hear.

Today, I happened to read a very interesting article on Yoga may improve symptoms of arthritis particularly osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. I have been starting back in doing yoga and I am feeling so much better. What was interesting is that there are over 52 millions people in the US is living with some form of arthritis and alot of these people are dealing with severe pain.
