How long does it take to for my order to ship?
Typically, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Once shipped, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.
How is your product shipped?
We use USPS - Flat Rate for shipping. It typically takes two to three days to most locations in the US (Specific delivery standards may be available when postage is calculated). This is not a guaranteed service. For domestic orders, delivery times vary between 1-5 business days depending on location.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States (P.O. Boxes included), with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and Hawaii. If you would like to place an order and you are at an APO/FPO address or in Hawaii, please contact us directly at (678) 741-5338 and we will be happy to assist.
I never received my order, what should I do?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
Living Healthy is unable to accept a refund for used products due to their sanitary nature. However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email so that we can take care of you.
